Purpose-built in 2002, BSix has state-of-the-art facilities including some 500 fully networked computers on-site with free Internet access. Our specialist facilities are designed for multiple users, supporting both academic and Applied courses as well as the leasure and personal needs of our students. You can see many of them for yourself on a virtual tour.

Sports Hall - hosts practice and matches in basketball, football, netball, table-tennis, cricket, archery, badminton, gymnastics, gym & free weights area. We are affiliated to the SESSA League for Basketball & Football and run additional short courses in Netball Level 1, FA Level 1, Community Sports Leadership Awards, First aid, Child Protection and a programme for our Aim Higher Sports Ambassadors.

Gym – supervised by college staff, this is available for the use of all students between 9:00am -12:00pm & 1:00pm-6:30pm.

Prayer Room - with attached washing facilities, this room is available for private prayer or quiet reflection.

Canteen - open from 8am, the canteen offers a healthy, varied selection of hot meals, salads, sandwiches and drinks.

Common Room - a space where students can relax and socialise, the common room is equipped with video games, drinks machine and a pool table.

Student Study Centre - this peaceful facility is ideal for student/mentor meetings and quiet study and is staffed by student study support assistants.
